Xtreme Services will not disclose information about its members without the consent of the member. All information including e-mail is protected under our privacy policy and will not be accessed for any reason by Xtreme Services staff or its affiliates.

Members are expected to make sure that all information being transferred either to or from Xtreme Services is legal and will not be used for malicious activities. Xtreme Services will take action against such activities including removal of account and all information pertaining to that member's activities. Xtreme Services will not be held responsible for loss of information due to illegal activities or attacks by malicious groups or individuals. Xtreme Services backs up all information in case of server malfunctions, but it is in your best interest that you keep a backup on your hard disk as well.
